Patient Communication
Communication Policy
How to contact the clinic and what not to send through public channels.
Urgent and Emergency Care
Do not use email, website forms, WhatsApp, or social media for emergencies, urgent symptoms, or time-sensitive medical issues. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Email and Website Forms
Email and website forms may be used for general inquiries and registration requests. They may not be reviewed immediately and should not include highly sensitive details unless the clinic specifically asks for them through an appropriate process.
Phone Calls
Phone is the preferred method for appointment questions, urgent scheduling concerns, changes to visit plans, or clarification about clinic instructions.
Messaging and Social Media
WhatsApp and social media links are provided for convenience and general contact. These platforms are operated by third parties and may not be suitable for personal health information. Do not post medical details publicly.
Response Times
The clinic aims to respond as soon as practical during clinic hours, but response times vary based on volume, staffing, holidays, and clinical priorities.
Consent to Communicate
By contacting the clinic by email, form, phone, WhatsApp, or another channel, you authorize the clinic to respond using the contact information you provided unless you ask for a different method.
Contact
For non-emergency clinic questions, call 416-998-3456 or email info@dantonmedical.ca.
